Before any code, you get the whole first version written out: every screen, what is in, what is out, in the order it will be built. The price and the date sit on that document. They do not move unless you move them.
Build
Deliverable: Something you can use each week
Design and code move together. Every week you open real software on a real device and say what is wrong. Feedback goes into the product, not into a comment on a mockup.
Hand over
Deliverable: The code, the accounts, the keys
The code with its full history, every account in your name, and a recorded walkthrough of how it runs and how to change it.
